Wonacott Highlights Indivisible’s Hand-Drawn Art Style to Stun Media Reviewers

505 Games already published two of 2019’s best games with Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and Control, but we all know “good things come in threes” and Indivisible is here to make the cliché a reality! From the videogame wizards at Lab Zero Games (Skullgirls), Indivisible’s action-RPG platforming and upbeat battle system had us hooked from the beginning. We were pretty confident Indivisible would snag some highly positive reviews with top-tier media, so we did everything we could to identify the right critics and help our contacts get pre-launch access. Now that the game has launched we can confidently say our instincts were right!

Indivisible underwent a long development period following its runaway crowdfunding success, and it appears the years of meticulous work has paid off. Reviewers from many influential media outlets are praising Indivisible’s truly diverse cast of characters, energetic combat and clever platforming. Above all the praise sits the game’s entirely hand-drawn art and animation that has become a fairly undeniable, big-and-bold bullet point in the “Pros” column of nearly every review. Can’t say we regret making that the biggest crux of our pitches!

In the weeks leading up to launch, we helped spread the word about Indivisible’s high production value opening cutscene from famed animation companies Studio Trigger and Titmouse. While we used several beats to build hype ahead of launch, the opening cutscene was a huge hit with top-tier media which we used as a platform to secure reviews with these higher profile targets.

Even with impressive attention-grabbing selling points, Indivisible is still an indie game through and through, so the mass quantity of reviews and launch coverage we secured for 505 Games and Lab Zero Games is especially great to see. Take a look at some of the highlights!
